1. Job description

Recruitment (90%)

  • Receive recruitment request from head of HR department.
  • Post recruitment and find candidates through employment websites and individual recruiting sources.
  • Resume screening candidates, contact and schedule interviews.
  • Contact Head of the department to conduct preliminary interview and final round interview of staff positions.
  • Collect report on results of the interview, inform the result of the interview with the candidate.

Other operations (10%)

  • Complete all paperwork, procedures related to the interests of workers.
  • Track and send information related to staff turnover, salary, new staff list for the training department.
  • Take part in activities to create corporate culture.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

2. Job Requirement

  • Graduate; Graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration;
  • At least 01 years of experience in recruitment, preferably candidates with experience in recruiting business positions, customer care in the areas of E-commerce, Software, Retail …
  • Proficient in niche recruitment channels, with extensive networking with associations, human resources groups and universities;
  • Priority candidates have the knowledge and experience in various fields in HR;
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Good communication skills, effective teamwork;
  • High responsibility, initiative, high pressure in work.
